It is unbelievable that we have won the highest state award in Germany for ecological design with our Mono Vest! We are incredibly proud that our Mono Vest has won the German Federal Ecodesign Award 2023 in the "Product" category and feel deeply honored.
The German Federal Ecodesign Award, the highest state award in Germany for ecological design, highlights companies that distinguish themselves through outstanding environmental performance and innovative design approaches. Out of an impressive 360 projects, the Mono Vest was selected as an outstanding project and ultimately declared the winner. The award ceremony took place on December 4 at the Federal Ministry for the Environment in Berlin.
The laudatory speech for the Mono Vest award ceremony was held by Prof. Friederike von Wedel-Parlow, after which Federal Environment Minister Steffi Lemke presented the award in the festive atriums of the Ministry.

"Mono Vest stands for a closed-loop system in the technical sector, in which all essential ingredients from the same nylon material family are sourced locally, the products are produced in Germany and can later be recycled in an existing infrastructure."
