This is why we have launched our Repair & Return Service - as a promise that we as a brand want to help ensure that our products remain in use for as long as possible and, in the case of circular design, can be recycled.

Our products are developed and designed to last as long as possible and give you pleasure. However, should a seam be torn or other defects occur, we offer a free repair service for up to five years after purchase on the Net-Swimwear and Activewear VON ALICE, the Circle Jacket VON ADA and the Mono Vest VON KERSTIN .
For products from the VON LIDIA collection (backpacks, hip bags and wallets), we are happy to contribute 25% to the repair. By filling out the repair form, we will obtain a cost estimate from our repair partner for you and get back to you soon.

To make use of the repair service, please follow these steps simply follow the instructions in our Repair form (repair form).
We will will check your request within the first 48 hours and if you don't hear from us, you can post your parcel. About 10 days later, your NEUMÜHLE product will be back with you - and ready for new adventures.

If your Circle Jacket VON ADA, your Mono Vest VON KERSTIN or your Mono Shirt VON KERSTIN has reached the end of its useful life, please contact us. The end of wearability of our circular products does not mean that the products have to be disposed of. Bring your item back to us and we will take care of reusing these valuable resources. For your return, you benefit from a 20% voucher from us and also help to conserve resources.
