We work together with the Swiss company Powerpay from St. Gallen. They handle our invoicing and send the invoice by e-mail a few days after the order is placed.
Just before you pay, you will find the voucher field labeled "Discount code or voucher". Enter your code correctly there and click on "Apply" - the corresponding amount will be deducted automatically.
You can also enter the code manually at the store. Your voucher has now been successfully redeemed.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIME
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs apply and will be added at checkout. We offer discounts and promotions throughout the year, so keep up to date with exclusive offers.
We normally process your order within 1-2 working days. The parcel will then be sent by Swiss Post.
Shipping is free of charge in Switzerland. The following rates apply for deliveries abroad:
Customs duties are not included in the delivery costs. Depending on the country of destination, additional import costs may apply.

Returns and exchanges
The return period is 14 days.
If you wish to return an item, you have 14 days to send it back to us unworn and in its original condition.
You can easily request a return via your customer account. After approval, you will receive a prepaid return label from us, which you can print out and attach to the parcel.
As soon as we have received and checked the return, we will refund the purchase amount.
Yes, exchanges are possible. The easiest way to do this is to contact us by email at [email protected]We will be happy to customize your order.
Please note: If the desired item is more expensive than the one originally ordered, a new order is required.

You are already logged into your customer account and can easily manage your orders, addresses and profile information.
Repair, return system and warranty
We offer free repairs for the following items for up to five years after purchase: Mono Vest VON KERSTIN, Circle Jacket VON ADA, Swimwear & Activewear VON ALICE
For all other items, the repair is subject to a charge. Neumühle will cover 25% of the repair costs for the following products: Backpacks, Hip Bags and Wallets VON LIDIA
To make use of the repair service, simply follow the instructions in our Repair form. By filling out the repair form, we will obtain a cost estimate from our repair partner for you and get back to you soon.
Once we have received your item in need of repair, it usually takes around 10 days before you can hold it in your hands again.
Should there be any delays, we will of course keep you up to date.
The Mono shirt and the Mono Vest We take back all of the materials - with the exception of labels and sliders - and recycle them.
The Circle Jacket can also be returned; the process for material recycling is currently under development.
Our take-back program allows you to return worn Neumühle when you no longer need them. We recycle the materials or reuse them in new products. As a thank you for your commitment to the circular economy, you will receive a discount on your next product. In this way, you can actively contribute to saving resources and making the fashion industry more sustainable.
Yes, we offer a warranty on material and processing defects in our products. If you discover any defects, you can contact us within the warranty period and we will offer a repair or replacement.

Sizes, fit and material information
The Kiel, our bestseller Kiel Slate Dust, fits almost every head.
To make sure you enjoy your VON OLAF hat for as long as possible, you should only wash it by hand. Natural wool is delicate and shrinks quickly. However, merino wool has the advantage that it is breathable and rarely needs to be washed as it naturally neutralizes odours.
