The fewer shipments we create, the smaller our collective ecological footprint. Therefore, when checking out, please take a moment to check that you have selected the right size and quantity and try to avoid over-ordering. 

Shipping

Orders are dispatched and delivered within 2-3 working days. In exceptional cases, this will be mentioned in the product description.

Returns

1. log in to your account on neumuhle.ch

2. submit a return request via your profile

3. after approval we will send you a return label as PDF

4. Please print out the label and stick it on the package.

Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund the purchase amount or provide you with a store credit.

Enjoy your NEUMÜHLE and take good care of it—it will serve you well for a long time. If the size does not fit or something else is wrong, please request a return in your account. When you return an item, you will receive +15% if you choose to receive the amount as store credit—and thus continue to invest in local, sustainable cycles.

Products can be returned up to 30 days after receipt in unused and original condition. Please make sure that you handle the products with care and try them on so that the goods can be stored again and you receive the full product price back. Important to know: Once the 30-day period has expired, the sale is confirmed. We will send you any replacement products free of charge.

Deliveries that differ from the order or have suffered any transport damage will be replaced immediately. In this case, please send us an email to [email protected] with the order number in the subject line. 

Customs fees

Customs duties are not included in the delivery costs. Depending on the country of destination, additional import costs may apply.
