welcome circular mono shirts

Challenges of the textile industry
Millions of tons of textiles end up in landfills or are incinerated every year - according to Greenpeace, one truck of textiles ends up as waste every second.
The use of mixed materials makes recycling more difficult, as the different fibers are difficult to separate.
Social relevance
The massive consumption of resources and high CO₂ emissions (up to 1.2 trillion tons per year) require a radical change in textile production.
Circular, regenerative design is essential to sustainably minimize the ecological footprint.

Mechanical recycling
At the end of the product life cycle, the shirt is handed over to our recycling partner via a take-back system, who mechanically processes it into new yarn.
Biodegradation
If mechanical recycling is not possible, the product is designed to be biodegradable.
Sustainability principles
Our approach is based on the highest sustainability standards, which ensure that all components are returned to the material cycle.

Mono material
The Mono Shirt is made from 100% mono-organic cotton - from fabric to sewing thread, all from one material family.
Uniform material flow
Thanks to the uniform composition, the material remains pure and free of impurities.
simple recycling
This makes the recycling process much easier and promotes a sustainable circular economy.

Don't waste go mono
Our Mono Shirt is fully recyclable. At the end of its life cycle, it is returned to our recycling partner, where it is mechanically processed into new cotton. Because it is made from 100% mono cotton, it can be easily recycled—unlike many blended fibers.
While conventional shirts often have collars and hems made from different material families - which can lead to cutting waste of up to 15% - we have already solved this problem with the Mono Shirt: It is made entirely from the same material family and thus enables particularly resource-saving recycling.
