Clothing should accompany you for a long time and bring you joy. With our Repair & Return service, we help you wear your favorite pieces longer and preserve valuable materials beyond their initial lifespan.

Repair. Fix it and keep wearing it.

We offer free repairs for up to five years after purchase on Net-Swimwear, Activewear VON ALICE, Circle Jacket, and Mono Vest.

For backpacks, hip bags, and wallets from the VON LIDIA collection, we cover 25% of the repair costs. We will handle the cost estimate for you.

To get started, please fill out our repair form – also available in English. We will review your request within 48 hours. If you don't hear from us within that time, you can send in your package according to the instructions in the form. Your favorite piece will be back with you in about ten days.

Return. Return it and receive a 20% voucher.

Is your Mono Shirt, Mono Hoodie, Mono Vest, or Circle Jacket no longer wearable? Get in touch with us and return your item. This way, the materials stay with us for further recycling – and as a thank you, you will receive a 20% voucher.

Our status on circularity

• Mono Vest: Return and material recycling are possible; labels and sliders are excluded.
• Mono Shirt & Mono Hoodie: Return and material recycling are possible.
• Circle Jacket: Return is possible. Material recycling processes are currently being established.
