The fewer shipments we create, the smaller our shared ecological footprint. Therefore, please take a moment during checkout to double-check that you have selected the correct size and quantity, and try to avoid excessive trial orders.

Shipping

Orders are shipped and delivered within 2-3 working days. In exceptional cases, this is mentioned in the product description.

Returns

1. Log in to your account on neumuhle.ch

2. Submit a return request via your profile

3. Once approved, we will send you a return label as a PDF

4. Please print the label and attach it to the package

After receipt and inspection of your return, we will refund the purchase amount or credit your store account.

Enjoy your NEUMÜHLE product and take good care of it – that way it will serve you for a long time. If the size doesn't fit or something else isn't right, please request your return in your account. For a return, you will receive +15% if you choose to receive the amount as store credit – and thus continue to invest in local, sustainable cycles.

Products can be returned within 30 days of receipt in their unused and original condition. Please ensure that you handle and try on the products with care so that the goods can be restocked and you receive the full product price back. Important to know: After the 30-day period, the sale is considered final. We ship requested exchange products free of charge.

Deliveries that deviate from the order or have suffered any transport damage will be replaced immediately. In that case, please send us an email at hello@neumuhle.ch with the order number in the subject line.

Customs duties

Customs duties are not included in the shipping costs. Depending on the destination country, additional import costs may apply.
