We work with the Swiss company Powerpay from St. Gallen. They handle our invoicing and will send the invoice via email a few days after the order is placed.

Just before checking out, you will find the voucher field labeled "Discount code or voucher". Enter your code correctly there and click "Apply" – the corresponding amount will be deducted automatically.

You can also have the code entered manually in-store. Your voucher has thus been successfully redeemed.

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

Normally, we process your order within 1–2 business days. The package will then be shipped via Swiss Post.

• Delivery time within Switzerland: approx. 2–3 business days
• Delivery time within Europe: approx. 10 business days
• International delivery time: approx. 14–20 business days

Shipping is free within Switzerland. For deliveries abroad, the following rates apply:

• Europe: 15 CHF (free shipping on orders over 100 CHF)
• International: 20 CHF (free shipping on orders over 400 CHF)

Customs duties are not included in the delivery costs. Depending on the destination country, additional import costs may apply.

If you are waiting longer than expected for your order, this may be due to the following reasons:

1. It is a pre-order product with an extended delivery time.
2. The regular delivery time of 2-3 working days has not yet passed.
3. The order has not yet been shipped due to technical reasons.

The return period is 14 days.

If you would like to return an item, you have 14 days to send it back to us unworn and in its original condition.

You can easily request a return via your customer account. Once approved, you will receive a prepaid return label from us, which you can print out and attach to the package.

As soon as the return has been received and inspected by us, we will refund the purchase amount to you.

Yes, an exchange is possible. The easiest way is to contact us by email at hello@neumuhle.ch. We will be happy to adjust your order.
Please note: Should the desired item be more expensive than the one originally ordered, a new order will be required.

We offer a free repair for the following items up to five years after purchase: Mono Vest BY KERSTIN, Circle Jacket BY ADA, Swimwear & Activewear BY ALICE

For all other items, repairs are subject to a fee. Neumühle covers 25% of the repair costs for the following products: Backpacks, Hip Bags, and Wallets BY LIDIA

To use our repair service, simply follow the instructions in our repair form. Once you have completed the repair form, we will obtain a cost estimate from our repair partner and get back to you shortly.

Once your item requiring repair has arrived at our facility, it usually takes about 10 days until you have it back in your hands.

Should there be any delays, we will of course keep you updated.

We take back the Mono Shirt and the Mono Vest in their entirety and feed the materials—with the exception of labels and zipper sliders—back into the recycling loop.
The Circle Jacket can also be returned; the process for material recycling is currently under development.

Our take-back program allows you to return worn Neumühle products when you no longer need them. We recycle the materials or repurpose them into new products. As a thank you for your commitment to the circular economy, you will receive a discount on your next purchase. In this way, you can actively contribute to conserving resources and making the fashion industry more sustainable.

Yes, we offer a warranty on material and manufacturing defects for our products. If you discover any defects, you can contact us within the warranty period and we will offer a repair or a replacement.

To ensure you get the longest possible enjoyment from your VON OLAF beanie, you should only wash it by hand. Natural wool is delicate and shrinks easily. However, merino wool has the advantage of being breathable and rarely needs washing, as it naturally neutralizes odors.
