DESCRIPTION
Your Rivera swimsuit is designed and manufactured here in Switzerland using recycled nylon, known as ECONYL® yarn. This is done with minimal transport routes in mind, meaning VON ALICE swimwear is created within a 250-kilometer radius in the heart of Europe.

Making use of what already exists is our credo: We will repair your swimwear for free for up to 5 years after purchase.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
The swimwear can be washed at a maximum of 40°C, preferably in a laundry bag that catches microplastics. However, we recommend hand washing to keep your swimwear in shape for as long as possible. Air dry and do not tumble dry.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping & returns within Switzerland are free of charge. This means you can try out your NEUMÜHLE product in the comfort of your own home. You can find the shipping costs for international delivery here.

Hoi !

Letztes Jahr habe ich die Badehose in rot (L) bestellt. Sie war und ist top ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Dieses Jahr freute ich mich auf dir Hellblaue.

😡Große Enttäuschung
Das Model ist anders :.Weniger Stoff, keine verstellbaren Träger, so wenig Nahte wie möglich. Klar Gewinn ist das Wichtigste !

Das Material und die Farbe sind korrekt, so habe ich trotzdem die Badehose anziehen wollen, aber sie ist zu klein und passt nicht !

Es tut mir Leid, ich werde sie zurückschicken.

Wie schön, dass du deinen roten Verzasca Swimsuit so gerne trägst. Umso mehr tut es uns leid, dass du diesmal enttäuscht bist.

Wir haben deine Bestellungen angeschaut: Letztes Jahr hattest du den Verzasca in Poppy Field, Grösse L, bestellt. Dieses Mal war es der Rivera in Hellblau. Das sind zwei unterschiedliche Modelle: Rivera hat einen anderen Schnitt und keine verstellbaren Träger. Verzasca hat diese weiterhin, so wie bei deinem roten.

Wir verstehen gut, dass du dieselbe Passform erwartet hast. Gerne melden wir uns per Mail bei dir und finden gemeinsam eine passende Lösung, ob Umtausch oder Rücknahme.
